Rabbit anti-Bub3 Antibody Affinity Purified
Product Details
Specifications
The epitope recognized by A300-365A maps to a region between residues 275 and 325 of human Bub3 budding uninhibited by benzimidazoles 3 using the numbering given in Swiss-Prot entry O43684 (GeneID 9184).
Immunoglobulin concentration was determined using Beer’s Law where 1mg/mL IgG has an A280 of 1.4. Antibody was affinity purified using an epitope specific to Bub3 immobilized on solid support.
The epitope recognized by A300-365A-T maps to a region between residues 275 and 325 of human Bub3 budding uninhibited by benzimidazoles 3 using the numbering given in Swiss-Prot entry O43684 (GeneID 9184).
Immunoglobulin concentration was determined using Beer’s Law where 1mg/mL IgG has an A280 of 1.4.
Additional Product Information
Bub3 is an adaptor protein and component of the spindle checkpoint machinery. Bub3 and other spindle checkpoint proteins ensure that segregation does not proceed until all replicated chromatids are associated with a functional bipolar spindle. Bub3 forms a constitutive complex with Bub1. Bub3 has been demonstrated to also function as a transcriptional repressor in association with Cdc20 and histone deacetylases.
Alternate Names
BUB3 budding uninhibited by benzimidazoles 3 homolog; BUB3L; budding uninhibited by benomyl; budding uninhibited by benzimidazoles 3 homolog; hBUB3; mitotic checkpoint component; mitotic checkpoint protein BUB3; testicular tissue protein Li 27
Applications
All western blot analysis is performed using 5% Milk-TBST for blocking and as antibody diluent. Primary antibody is incubated overnight.
Western blots of cell lysates are performed using Goat anti-Rabbit IgG Heavy and Light Chain Antibody (Cat. No. A120-101P).
