Antibody was affinity purified using an epitope specific to C12orf45 immobilized on solid support.

The epitope recognized by A304-707A maps to a region between residue 135 to 185 of human Chromosome 12 Open Reading Frame 45 using the numbering given in entry NP_689531.2 (GeneID 121053).

Immunoglobulin concentration was determined using Beer’s Law where 1mg/mL IgG has an A280 of 1.4. Antibody was affinity purified using an epitope specific to C12orf45 immobilized on solid support.
