Rabbit anti-CCDC16 Antibody Affinity Purified
Product Details
Specifications
The epitope recognized by A301-418A maps to a region between residue 150 and 200 of human coiled-coil domain containing 16 using the numbering given in entry NP_443089.3 (GeneID 91603).
Immunoglobulin concentration was determined using Beer’s Law where 1mg/mL IgG has an A280 of 1.4. Antibody was affinity purified using an epitope specific to CCDC16 immobilized on solid support.
The epitope recognized by A301-418A-T maps to a region between residue 150 and 200 of human coiled-coil domain containing 16 using the numbering given in entry NP_443089.3 (GeneID 91603).
Immunoglobulin concentration was determined using Beer’s Law where 1mg/mL IgG has an A280 of 1.4.
Additional Product Information
CCDC16 (coiled-coil domain containing 16) is a U1-like C2H2-type zinc finger protein whose function has not been characterized. Coiled-coil proteins exhibit tertiary structures made up of a number of highly organized alpha helices wound around each other to mediate oligomerization.
Alternate Names
CCDC16; coiled-coil domain containing 16; coiled-coil domain-containing protein 16; hypothetical protein MGC20398; OMCG1; orphan maintenance of genome 1; zinc finger protein 830
Applications
All western blot analysis is performed using 5% Milk-TBST for blocking and as antibody diluent. Primary antibody is incubated overnight.
Western blots of immunoprecipitates are performed using Goat anti-Rabbit Light Chain HRP Conjugate (Cat. No. A120-113P) with 5% Normal Pig Serum (Cat. No. S100-020) added to the blocking buffer.
