CD133, or Prominin-1, is a pentaspan transmembrane glycoprotein expressed on adult stem cells, where it is thought to function in maintaining stem cell properties by suppressing differentiation. Applications
All western blot analysis is performed using 5% Milk-TBST for blocking and as antibody diluent. Primary antibody is incubated overnight.
