Rabbit anti-CKI-gamma1 Antibody Affinity Purified
Product Details
Specifications
The epitope recognized by A304-360A maps to a region between residue 1 to 50 of human Casein Kinase I Isoform gamma-1 using the numbering given in entry NP_071331.2 (GeneID 53944).
Immunoglobulin concentration was determined using Beer’s Law where 1mg/mL IgG has an A280 of 1.4. Antibody was affinity purified using an epitope specific to CKI-gamma1 immobilized on solid support.
The epitope recognized by A304-360A-T maps to a region between residue 1 to 50 of human Casein Kinase I Isoform gamma-1 using the numbering given in entry NP_071331.2 (GeneID 53944).
Additional Product Information
Casein kinase I isoform gamma-1 (CKI-gamma1) is a serine/threonine-protein kinase. Casein kinases are operationally defined by their preferential utilization of acidic proteins such as caseins as substrates. CKI-gamma1 can phosphorylate a large number of proteins, participates in Wnt signaling, regulates fast synaptic transmission mediated by glutamate (By similarity) [taken from the Universal Protein Resource (UniProt) www.uniprot.org/uniprot/Q9HCP0].
Alternate Names
casein kinase I isoform gamma-1; CK1gamma1; CKI-gamma 1
Applications
All western blot analysis is performed using 5% Milk-TBST for blocking and as antibody diluent. Primary antibody is incubated overnight.
Western blots of cell lysates are performed using Goat anti-Rabbit IgG Heavy and Light Chain Antibody (Cat. No. A120-101P).
