CoCoA is recruited to DNA bound nuclear receptors or factors by one of three p160 coactivator proteins that act as the primary coactivator. Through this interaction, CoCoA is able to contribute to transcriptional activation of target genes.

Applications

All western blot analysis is performed using 5% Milk-TBST for blocking and as antibody diluent. Primary antibody is incubated overnight.
