Rabbit anti-CSTF64 IHC Antibody Affinity Purified
Product Details
Specifications
The epitope recognized by IHC-00221 maps to a region between residue 527 and 577 of human cleavage stimulation factor, 3' pre-RNA, subunit 2, 64kDa using the numbering given in entry NP_001316.1 (GeneID 1478).
Immunoglobulin concentration was determined using Beer’s Law where 1mg/mL IgG has an A280 of 1.4. Antibody was affinity purified using an epitope specific to CSTF64 immobilized on solid support.
The epitope recognized by IHC-00221-T maps to a region between residue 527 and 577 of human cleavage stimulation factor, 3' pre-RNA, subunit 2, 64kDa using the numbering given in entry NP_001316.1 (GeneID 1478).
Immunoglobulin concentration was determined using Beer’s Law where 1mg/mL IgG has an A280 of 1.4.
Additional Product Information
CSTF64 is the RNA-binding 64 kDa subunit of the cleavage stimulation factor (CstF). CstF is part of the polyadenylation machinery that adds adenylate residues to the 3’-ends of eukaryotic pre-mRNAs. In the CstF complex, CSTF64 interacts with CSTF1 (CSTF50), and CSTF3 (CSTF77).
Alternate Names
betaCstF-64 variant 2; CF-1 64 kDa subunit; cleavage stimulation factor 64 kDa subunit; cleavage stimulation factor subunit 2; cleavage stimulation factor, 3' pre-RNA, subunit 2, 64kD; cleavage stimulation factor, 3' pre-RNA, subunit 2, 64kDa; CSTF 64 kDa subunit; CstF-64
Applications
Epitope exposure is recommended.
Epitope exposure with citrate buffer will enhance staining.
Likely to work with frozen sections.
In some cases, the antibody may be diluted further than indicated.
