Production Procedures
Antibody was affinity purified using an epitope specific to CSTF77 immobilized on solid support.

The epitope recognized by A301-094A maps to a region between residue 1 and 50 of human cleavage stimulation factor, 3' pre-RNA, subunit 3, 77kDa using the numbering given in entry NP_001317.1 (GeneID 1479).

Immunoglobulin concentration was determined using Beer’s Law where 1mg/mL IgG has an A280 of 1.4.
Antibody was affinity purified using an epitope specific to CSTF77 immobilized on solid support.

The epitope recognized by A301-094A-T maps to a region between residue 1 and 50 of human cleavage stimulation factor, 3' pre-RNA, subunit 3, 77kDa using the numbering given in entry NP_001317.1 (GeneID 1479).

Additional Product Information

CSTF77 is one of three subunits that comprise the cleavage stimulation factor (CstF) complex. CstF is part of the polyadenylation machinery that adds adenylate residues to the 3’-ends of eukaryotic pre-mRNAs. In the CstF complex, CSTF77 interacts with CSTF1 (CSTF50), and CSTF2 (CSTF64).

Alternate Names

CF-1 77 kDa subunit; cleavage stimulation factor 77 kDa subunit; cleavage stimulation factor subunit 3; cleavage stimulation factor, 3' pre-RNA, subunit 3, 77kD; cleavage stimulation factor, 3' pre-RNA, subunit 3, 77kDa; CSTF 77 kDa subunit; CSTF-77

Applications

All western blot analysis is performed using 5% Milk-TBST for blocking and as antibody diluent. Primary antibody is incubated overnight.

Western blots of cell lysates are performed using Goat anti-Rabbit IgG Heavy and Light Chain Antibody (Cat. No. A120-101P).

Western blots of immunoprecipitates are performed using Goat anti-Rabbit Light Chain HRP Conjugate (Cat. No. A120-113P) with 5% Normal Pig Serum (Cat. No. S100-020) added to the blocking buffer.
