Rabbit anti-Cyclin M3 Antibody Affinity Purified
Product Details
Specifications
The epitope recognized by A304-065A-T maps to a region between residue 575 to 625 of human Cyclin M3 using the numbering given in entry NP_060093.3 (GeneID 26505).
Immunoglobulin concentration was determined using Beer’s Law where 1mg/mL IgG has an A280 of 1.4. Antibody was affinity purified using an epitope specific to Cyclin M3 immobilized on solid support. The epitope recognized by A304-065A maps to a region between residue 575 to 625 of human Cyclin M3 using the numbering given in entry NP_060093.3 (GeneID 26505).

Additional Product Information
Cyclin M3 is a member of the ACDP (ancient conserved domain-containing protein) and is a probable metal transporter. Cyclin M3 has weak similarity to cyclin family proteins, hence its name; however it has not cyclin like function [taken from the Universal Protein Resource (UniProt) www.uniprot.org/uniprot/Q8NE01].
Alternate Names
ACDP3; ancient conserved domain protein 3; ancient conserved domain-containing protein 3; cyclin-M3; metal transporter CNNM3
Applications
All western blot analysis is performed using 5% Milk-TBST for blocking and as antibody diluent. Primary antibody is incubated overnight.
Western blots of immunoprecipitates are performed using Goat anti-Rabbit Light Chain HRP Conjugate (Cat. No. A120-113P) with 5% Normal Pig Serum (Cat. No. S100-020) added to the blocking buffer.
