Rabbit anti-DAB2IP Antibody Affinity Purified
Product Details
Specifications
The epitope recognized by A302-440A maps to a region between residue 950 and 1000 of human disabled homolog 2 interacting protein using the numbering given in entry CAQ10385.1 (GeneID 153090).
Immunoglobulin concentration was determined using Beer’s Law where 1mg/mL IgG has an A280 of 1.4. Antibody was affinity purified using an epitope specific to DAB2IP immobilized on solid support.
The epitope recognized by A302-440A-T maps to a region between residue 950 and 1000 of human disabled homolog 2 interacting protein using the numbering given in entry CAQ10385.1 (GeneID 153090).
Additional Product Information
DAB2-interacting protein (DAB2IP) functions as a Ras GTPase-activating protein. Through its interaction with MAP3K5, it disrupts the association of MAP3K5 with the inhibitory 14-3-3 complex. DAB2IP also Mediates TNF/TRAF2-induced MAP3K5-JNK activation, while it inhibits CHUK-NF-kappa-B signaling. DAB2IP may act as a tumor suppressor gene [taken from the Universal Protein Resource (UniProt) www.uniprot.org/uniprot/Q5VWQ8].

Applications
All western blot analysis is performed using 5% Milk-TBST for blocking and as antibody diluent. Primary antibody is incubated overnight.
Western blots of cell lysates are performed using Goat anti-Rabbit IgG Heavy and Light Chain Antibody (Cat. No. A120-101P).
Western blots of immunoprecipitates are performed using Goat anti-Rabbit Light Chain HRP Conjugate (Cat. No. A120-113P) with 5% Normal Pig Serum (Cat. No. S100-020) added to the blocking buffer.
