Rabbit anti-eEF1G Antibody Affinity Purified
Product Details
Specifications
The epitope recognized by A300-735A maps to a region between residue 400 and the C-terminus (residue 437) of human Eukaryotic Translation Elongation Factor 1 Gamma using the numbering given in entry NP_001395.1 (GeneID 1937).
Immunoglobulin concentration was determined using Beer’s Law where 1mg/mL IgG has an A280 of 1.4. Antibody was affinity purified using an epitope specific to eEF1G immobilized on solid support.
The epitope recognized by A300-735A-T maps to a region between residue 400 and the C-terminus (residue 437) of human Eukaryotic Translation Elongation Factor 1 Gamma using the numbering given in entry NP_001395.1 (GeneID 1937).
Additional Product Information
eEF1G is the gamma subunit of the eukaryotic elongation factor-1 complex that catalyzes the delivery of aminoacyl tRNAs to the ribosome for the process of protein synthesis.
Alternate Names
eEF-1B gamma; EF1G; EF-1-gamma; elongation factor 1-gamma; GIG35; pancreatic tumor-related protein; PRO1608; translation elongation factor eEF-1 gamma chain
Applications
All western blot analysis is performed using 5% Milk-TBST for blocking and as antibody diluent. Primary antibody is incubated overnight.
Western blots of cell lysates are performed using Goat anti-Rabbit IgG Heavy and Light Chain Antibody (Cat. No. A120-101P).
