Production Procedures
Antibody was affinity purified using an epitope specific to EPS15 immobilized on solid support.

The epitope recognized by IHC-00337 maps to a region between residue 575 and 625 of human epidermal growth factor receptor pathway substrate 15 using the numbering given in entry NP_001972.1 (GeneID 2060).

Immunoglobulin concentration was determined using Beer’s Law where 1mg/mL IgG has an A280 of 1.4.

Alternate Names

AF1P; AF-1P; ALL1 fused gene from chromosome 1; epidermal growth factor receptor substrate 15; MLLT5; protein AF-1p; Protein Eps15

Applications

Epitope exposure is recommended.

Epitope exposure with citrate buffer will enhance staining.

Likely to work with frozen sections.

In some cases, the antibody may be diluted further than indicated.
