Rabbit anti-GNL2 Antibody Affinity Purified
Product Details
Specifications
The epitope recognized by A305-155A maps to a region between residue 0 of human Nucleolar GTP-binding protein 2 using the numbering given in entry Q13823.1 (GeneID 29889).
Immunoglobulin concentration was determined using Beer’s Law where 1mg/mL IgG has an A280 of 1.4. Antibody was affinity purified using an epitope specific to GNL2 immobilized on solid support.
The epitope recognized by A305-155A-T maps to a region between residue 0 of human Nucleolar GTP-binding protein 2 using the numbering given in entry Q13823.1 (GeneID 29889).
Additional Product Information
Nucleolar GTP-binding protein 2, encoded by the gene GNL2, is a GTPase that associates with pre-60S ribosomal subunits in the nucleolus and is required for their nuclear export and maturation [taken from UniProtKB (Entry: Q13823)].
Alternate Names

Applications
All western blot analysis is performed using 5% Milk-TBST for blocking and as antibody diluent. Primary antibody is incubated overnight.
Western blots of cell lysates are performed using Goat anti-Rabbit IgG Heavy and Light Chain Antibody (Cat. No. A120-101P).
Western blots of immunoprecipitates are performed using Goat anti-Rabbit Light Chain HRP Conjugate (Cat. No. A120-113P) with 5% Normal Pig Serum (Cat. No. S100-020) added to the blocking buffer.
