Rabbit anti-IP3R1 Antibody Affinity Purified
Product Details
Specifications
The epitope recognized by A302-158A maps to a region between residue 2708 and 2758 of human inositol 1, 4,5-trisphosphate receptor type 1 using the numbering given in entry Q14643.2 (GeneID 3708).
Immunoglobulin concentration was determined using Beer’s Law where 1mg/mL IgG has an A280 of 1.4. Antibody was affinity purified using an epitope specific to IP3R1 immobilized on solid support.
The epitope recognized by A302-158A-T maps to a region between residue 2708 and 2758 of human inositol 1, 4,5-trisphosphate receptor type 1 using the numbering given in entry Q14643.2 (GeneID 3708).
Additional Product Information
IP3R1 (inositol 1,4,5-triphosphate receptor type 1) is an intracellular calcium release channel that mediates calcium release from the endoplasmic reticulum. There are 3 mammalian InsP3R receptors: Insp3R1, Insp3R2, and Insp3R3. Defects in the gene which encodes InsP3R1, ITPR1, are the cause of spinocerebellar ataxia type 15 (SCA15).
Alternate Names

Applications
All western blot analysis is performed using 5% Milk-TBST for blocking and as antibody diluent. Primary antibody is incubated overnight.
Western blots of cell lysates are performed using Goat anti-Rabbit IgG Heavy and Light Chain Antibody (Cat. No. A120-101P).
Western blots of immunoprecipitates are performed using Goat anti-Rabbit Light Chain HRP Conjugate (Cat. No. A120-113P) with 5% Normal Pig Serum (Cat. No. S100-020) added to the blocking buffer.
