Rabbit anti-KCC3 Antibody Affinity Purified
Product Details
Specifications
The epitope recognized by A304-410A-T maps to a region between residue 75 to 125 of human Potassium Chloride Cotransporter 3 using the numbering given in entry NP_598408.1 (GeneID 9990).
Immunoglobulin concentration was determined using Beer’s Law where 1mg/mL IgG has an A280 of 1.4. Antibody was affinity purified using an epitope specific to KCC3 immobilized on solid support.

Additional Product Information
K-Cl cotransporter 3 (KCC3) mediates electroneutral potassium-chloride cotransport. KCC3 may be activated by cell swelling. It may also contribute to cell volume homeostasis in single cells [taken from NCBI Entrez Gene (Gene ID: 9990)].
Alternate Names
ACCPN; electroneutral potassium-chloride cotransporter 3; KCC3; KCC3A; KCC3B; K-Cl cotransporter 3; potassium chloride cotransporter 3; potassium chloride cotransporter KCC3a-S3; potassium-chloride transporter-3a; potassium-chloride transporter-3b; solute carrier family 12 (potassium/chloride transporter), member 6; solute carrier family 12 (potassium/chloride transporters), member 6; solute carrier family 12 member 6
Applications
All western blot analysis is performed using 5% Milk-TBST for blocking and as antibody diluent. Primary antibody is incubated overnight.
Western blots of immunoprecipitates are performed using Goat anti-Rabbit Light Chain HRP Conjugate (Cat. No. A120-113P) with 5% Normal Pig Serum (Cat. No. S100-020) added to the blocking buffer.
