Rabbit anti-KIAA0528 Antibody Affinity Purified
Product Details
Specifications
The epitope recognized by A301-469A maps to a region between residue 375 and 425 of human KIAA0528 using the numbering given in entry NP_055617.1 (GeneID 9847).
Immunoglobulin concentration was determined using Beer’s Law where 1mg/mL IgG has an A280 of 1.4. Antibody was affinity purified using an epitope specific to KIAA0528 immobilized on solid support.
The epitope recognized by A301-469A-T maps to a region between residue 375 and 425 of human KIAA0528 using the numbering given in entry NP_055617.1 (GeneID 9847).
Additional Product Information
KIAA0528 is a protein that was first identified in the in silico analysis of long cDNAs isolated in the Kazusa cDNA sequencing project. The function of KIAA0528 has not been characterized. By similarity KO528 contains a C2 domain, a domain that is found in proteins that bind phospholipids. The C2 domain is also present in a family of proteins involved in synaptic vesicle trafficking; thus, the function of KIAA0528 is predicted to be involved in intracellular transport.
Alternate Names
138 kDa C2 domain-containing phosphoprotein; C2 domain-containing phosphoprotein of 138 kDa; C2 domain-containing protein 5; CDP138; KIAA0528
Applications
All western blot analysis is performed using 5% Milk-TBST for blocking and as antibody diluent. Primary antibody is incubated overnight.
Western blots of cell lysates are performed using Goat anti-Rabbit IgG Heavy and Light Chain Antibody (Cat. No. A120-101P).
Western blots of immunoprecipitates are performed using Goat anti-Rabbit Light Chain HRP Conjugate (Cat. No. A120-113P) with 5% Normal Pig Serum (Cat. No. S100-020) added to the blocking buffer.
