Rabbit anti-L1CAM/LI Antibody Affinity Purified
Product Details
Specifications
The epitope recognized by A305-304A maps to a region between residue 1 to 50 of human Neural cell adhesion molecule L1 using the numbering given in entry P32004.2 (GeneID 3897).
Immunoglobulin concentration was determined using Beer’s Law where 1mg/mL IgG has an A280 of 1.4. Antibody was affinity purified using an epitope specific to L1CAM/LI immobilized on solid support.
The epitope recognized by A305-304A-T maps to a region between residue 1 to 50 of human Neural cell adhesion molecule L1 using the numbering given in entry P32004.2 (GeneID 3897).
Additional Product Information
L1CAM/LI is an axonal glycoprotein belonging to the immunoglobulin supergene family. The ectodomain, consisting of several immunoglobulin-like domains and fibronectin-like repeats (type III), is linked via a single transmembrane sequence to a conserved cytoplasmic domain. This cell adhesion molecule plays an important role in nervous system development, including neuronal migration and differentiation [taken from NCBI Entrez Gene (Gene ID: 3897)].

Applications
All western blot analysis is performed using 5% Milk-TBST for blocking and as antibody diluent. Primary antibody is incubated overnight.
Western blots of cell lysates are performed using Goat anti-Rabbit IgG Heavy and Light Chain Antibody (Cat. No. A120-101P).
