The epitope recognized by A302-854A-T maps to a region between residue 550 and 600 of human Lethal(3)Malignant Brain Tumor-like 3 using the numbering given in entry NP_115814.1 (GeneID 84456).
Immunoglobulin concentration was determined using Beer’s Law where 1mg/mL IgG has an A280 of 1.4. Antibody was affinity purified using an epitope specific to L3MBTL3 immobilized on solid support.

L3MBTL3 [Lethal(3)malignant brain tumor-like protein 3] is a putative Polycomb group (PcG) protein. PcG proteins maintain the transcriptionally repressive state of genes, probably via a modification of chromatin, rendering it heritably changed in its expressibility. L3MBTL3 is required for normal maturation of myeloid progenitor cells [taken from the Universal Protein Resource (UniProt) www.uniprot.org/uniprot/9Q96JM7].

Applications
All western blot analysis is performed using 5% Milk-TBST for blocking and as antibody diluent. Primary antibody is incubated overnight.
Western blots of immunoprecipitates are performed using Goat anti-Rabbit Light Chain HRP Conjugate (Cat. No. A120-113P) with 5% Normal Pig Serum (Cat. No. S100-020) added to the blocking buffer.
