Production Procedures
Antibody was affinity purified using an epitope specific to MAGED2 immobilized on solid support.

The epitope recognized by IHC-00237 maps to a region between residue 50 and 100 of human melanoma antigen family D, 2 using the numbering given in entry NP_055414.2 (GeneID 10916).

Immunoglobulin concentration was determined using Beer’s Law where 1mg/mL IgG has an A280 of 1.4.
