Production Procedures
Antibody was affinity purified using an epitope specific to MKRN2 immobilized on solid support.

The epitope recognized by IHC-00493 maps to a region between residue 366 and the C-terminus (residue 416) of human makorin, ring finger protein, 2 using the numbering given in entry NP_054879.3 (GeneID 23609).

Immunoglobulin concentration was determined using Beer’s Law where 1mg/mL IgG has an A280 of 1.4.
