Additional Product Information
NOPP140 (140 kDa nucleolar phosphoprotein) is implicated to play a role in ribosome assembly and the regulation of rRNA transcription. It has been observed to shuttle between the nucleus and cytoplasm and may also be important to nucleolar structural organization.
Alternate Names
140 kDa nucleolar phosphoprotein; HCV NS5A trans-regulated protein 13; HCV NS5A-transactivated protein 13; hepatitis C virus NS5A-transactivated protein 13; NOPP130; NOPP140; NS5ATP13; nucleolar 130 kDa protein; nucleolar and coiled-body phosphoprotein 1; nucleolar and coiled-body phosphprotein 1; nucleolar phosphoprotein p130; nucleolar protein p130; P130
Applications
All western blot analysis is performed using 5% Milk-TBST for blocking and as antibody diluent. Primary antibody is incubated overnight.
Western blots of cell lysates are performed using Goat anti-Rabbit IgG Heavy and Light Chain Antibody (Cat. No. A120-101P).
Western blots of immunoprecipitates are performed using Goat anti-Rabbit Light Chain HRP Conjugate (Cat. No. A120-113P) with 5% Normal Pig Serum (Cat. No. S100-020) added to the blocking buffer.
