Rabbit anti-OLA1 Antibody Affinity Purified
Product Details
Specifications
The epitope recognized by A305-459A maps to a region between residue 50 to 100 of human Obg-like ATPase 1 using the numbering given in entry Q9NTK5.2 (GeneID 29789).
Immunoglobulin concentration was determined using Beer’s Law where 1mg/mL IgG has an A280 of 1.4. Antibody was affinity purified using an epitope specific to OLA1 immobilized on solid support.
The epitope recognized by A305-459A-T maps to a region between residue 50 to 100 of human Obg-like ATPase 1 using the numbering given in entry Q9NTK5.2 (GeneID 29789).
Additional Product Information
Obg-like ATPase 1 (OLA1) hydrolyzes ATP, and can also hydrolyze GTP with lower efficiency. OLA1 has lower affinity for GTP [taken from the Universal Protein Resource (UniProt) www.uniprot.org/uniprot/Q9NTK5].
Alternate Names
DNA damage-regulated overexpressed in cancer 45; DNA damage-regulated overexpressed in cancer 45 protein; DOC45; GBP45; GTBP9; GTP-binding protein 9; GTP-binding protein 9 (putative); GTP-binding protein PTD004; GTPBP9; homologous yeast-44.2 protein; obg-like ATPase 1; PTD004
Applications
All western blot analysis is performed using 5% Milk-TBST for blocking and as antibody diluent. Primary antibody is incubated overnight.
Western blots of cell lysates are performed using Goat anti-Rabbit IgG Heavy and Light Chain Antibody (Cat. No. A120-101P).
