Rabbit anti-PDGFR beta Recombinant Monoclonal Antibody [BLR242L]
Product Details
Specifications
Immunogen was a recombinant protein representing the extracellular domain of mouse Platelet-derived growth factor receptor beta (residues 32-530, NP_032835.2).
Additional Product Information
Platelet derived growth factor receptor beta is a cell surface tyrosine kinase receptor for homodimeric PDGFB and PDGFD and for heterodimers formed by PDGFA and PDGFB. These growth factors are members of the platelet-derived growth factor family and are mitogens for cells of mesenchymal origin. PDGFR beta is essential for normal development of the cardiovascular system and aids in rearrangement of the actin cytoskeleton. [taken from NCBI Entrez Gene (Gene ID: 5159)].

Applications
All western blot analysis is performed using 5% Milk-TBST for blocking and as antibody diluent. Primary antibody is incubated overnight.
Western blots of cell lysates are performed using Goat anti-Rabbit IgG Heavy and Light Chain Antibody (Cat. No. A120-101P).
Western blots of immunoprecipitates are performed using Goat anti-Rabbit Light Chain HRP Conjugate (Cat. No. A120-113P) with 5% Normal Pig Serum (Cat. No. S100-020) added to the blocking buffer.
