Antibody was affinity purified using an epitope specific to PLCH1 immobilized on solid support.

The epitope recognized by A305-704A maps to a region between residue 1575 to 1625 of human 1-phosphatidylinositol-4, 5-bisphosphate phosphodiesterase eta-1 using the numbering given in entry Q4KWH8.1 (GeneID 23007).

Immunoglobulin concentration was determined using Beer’s Law where 1mg/mL IgG has an A280 of 1.4. Antibody was affinity purified using an epitope specific to PLCH1 immobilized on solid support.

Applications

All western blot analysis is performed using 5% Milk-TBST for blocking and as antibody diluent. Primary antibody is incubated overnight.
