Rabbit anti-POP4 Antibody Affinity Purified
Product Details
Specifications
The epitope recognized by A305-673A maps to a region between residue 170 to 220 of human Ribonuclease P protein subunit p29 using the numbering given in entry O95707.2 (GeneID 10775).
Immunoglobulin concentration was determined using Beer’s Law where 1mg/mL IgG has an A280 of 1.4. Antibody was affinity purified using an epitope specific to POP4 immobilized on solid support.
The epitope recognized by A305-673A-T maps to a region between residue 170 to 220 of human Ribonuclease P protein subunit p29 using the numbering given in entry O95707.2 (GeneID 10775).
Immunoglobulin concentration was determined using Beer’s Law where 1mg/mL IgG has an A280 of 1.4.
Additional Product Information
POP4 is one of the protein subunits of the small nucleolar ribonucleoprotein complexes: the endoribonuclease for mitochondrial RNA processing complex and the ribonuclease P complex. POP4 is localized to the nucleus and associates directly with the RNA component of these complexes. This protein is involved in processing of precursor RNAs [taken from NCBI Entrez Gene (Gene ID: 10775)].
Alternate Names
hPOP4; ribonuclease P protein subunit p29; RPP29
Applications
All western blot analysis is performed using 5% Milk-TBST for blocking and as antibody diluent. Primary antibody is incubated overnight.
Western blots of cell lysates are performed using Goat anti-Rabbit IgG Heavy and Light Chain Antibody (Cat. No. A120-101P).
