Production Procedures
Antibody was affinity purified using an epitope specific to RBM26 immobilized on solid support.

The epitope recognized by IHC-00245 maps to a region between residue 200 and 250 of human RNA binding motif protein 26 using the numbering given in entry NP_071401.3 (GeneID 64062 ).

Immunoglobulin concentration was determined using Beer’s Law where 1mg/mL IgG has an A280 of 1.4.
