Rabbit anti-RBM9 IHC Antibody Affinity Purified
Product Details
Specifications
The epitope recognized by IHC-00199 maps to a region between residues 1 and 50 of human RNA Binding Motif Protein 9 using the numbering given in entry NP_055124.1 (GeneID 23543). Antibody was affinity purified using an epitope specific to FOX2/RBM9 immobilized on solid support.

Additional Product Information
FOX2/RBM9 is an RNA binding protein thought to be a key regulator of alternative exon splicing in the nervous system and other cell types. It binds to a conserved UGCAUG element found downstream of many alternatively spliced exons and promotes inclusion of the alternative exon in mature transcripts, and also interacts with the estrogen receptor 1 transcription factor and regulates estrogen receptor 1 transcriptional activity.[RefSeq]
