Rabbit anti-RPL27A/Ribosomal Protein L27a Antibody Affinity Purified
Product Details
Specifications
The epitope recognized by A305-380A maps to a region between residue 1 to 50 of human 60S ribosomal protein L27a using the numbering given in entry P46776.2 (GeneID 6157).
Immunoglobulin concentration was determined using Beer’s Law where 1mg/mL IgG has an A280 of 1.4. Antibody was affinity purified using an epitope specific to RPL27A/Ribosomal Protein L27a immobilized on solid support.
The epitope recognized by A305-380A-T maps to a region between residue 1 to 50 of human 60S ribosomal protein L27a using the numbering given in entry P46776.2 (GeneID 6157).
Additional Product Information
Ribosomes, the organelles that catalyze protein synthesis, consist of a small 40S subunit and a large 60S subunit. Together these subunits are composed of 4 RNA species and approximately 80 structurally distinct proteins. RPL27A is a ribosomal protein that is a component of the 60S subunit. RPL27A belongs to the L15P family of ribosomal proteins. It is located in the cytoplasm [taken from NCBI Entrez Gene (Gene ID: 6157)].
Alternate Names
60S ribosomal protein L27a; L27A; large ribosomal subunit protein uL15
Applications
All western blot analysis is performed using 5% Milk-TBST for blocking and as antibody diluent. Primary antibody is incubated overnight.
Western blots of cell lysates are performed using Goat anti-Rabbit IgG Heavy and Light Chain Antibody (Cat. No. A120-101P).
Western blots of immunoprecipitates are performed using Goat anti-Rabbit Light Chain HRP Conjugate (Cat. No. A120-113P) with 5% Normal Pig Serum (Cat. No. S100-020) added to the blocking buffer.
