Rabbit anti-RREB1 Antibody Affinity Purified
Product Details
Specifications
The epitope recognized by A303-129A-T maps to a region between residue 1375 and 1425 of human Ras Responsive Eement Binding Protein 1 using the numbering given in entry NP_002946.4 (GeneID 6239).
Immunoglobulin concentration was determined using Beer’s Law where 1mg/mL IgG has an A280 of 1.4. Antibody was affinity purified using an epitope specific to RREB1 immobilized on solid support.

Additional Product Information
Ras-responsive element-binding protein 1 (RREB1) is a transcription factor that binds specifically to the RAS-responsive elements (RRE) of gene promoters. RREB1 may be involved in Ras/Raf-mediated cell differentiation by enhancing calcitonin expression. REBB1 represses the angiotensinogen gene and negatively regulates the transcriptional activity of AR [taken from the Universal Protein Resource (UniProt) www.uniprot.org/uniprot/ Q92766].
Alternate Names
DNA-binding protein; FINB; finger protein in nuclear bodies; hindsight homolog; HNT; LZ321; raf-responsive zinc finger protein LZ321; ras-responsive element-binding protein 1; RREB-1; Zep-1; zinc finger motif enhancer-binding protein 1
Applications
All western blot analysis is performed using 5% Milk-TBST for blocking and as antibody diluent. Primary antibody is incubated overnight.
Western blots of immunoprecipitates are performed using Goat anti-Rabbit Light Chain HRP Conjugate (Cat. No. A120-113P) with 5% Normal Pig Serum (Cat. No. S100-020) added to the blocking buffer.
