Rabbit anti-SET IHC Antibody Affinity Purified
Product Details
Specifications
The epitope recognized by IHC-00645 maps to a region between residue 125 and 175 of human SET nuclear oncogene using the numbering given in entry NP_001116293.1 (GeneID 6418).
Immunoglobulin concentration was determined using Beer’s Law where 1mg/mL IgG has an A280 of 1.4. Antibody was affinity purified using an epitope specific to SET immobilized on solid support.
The epitope recognized by IHC-00645-T maps to a region between residue 125 and 175 of human SET nuclear oncogene using the numbering given in entry NP_001116293.1 (GeneID 6418).
Immunoglobulin concentration was determined using Beer’s Law where 1mg/mL IgG has an A280 of 1.4.
Additional Product Information
SET is a multi-functional protein involved in apoptosis, transcription, nucleosome assembly, and histone binding. SET was identified as part of a chromosomal rearrangement with NUP214/CAN in acute undifferentiated leukemia.
