Rabbit anti-SRAG Antibody Affinity Purified
Product Details
Specifications
The epitope recognized by A303-412A maps to a region between residue 198 and 248 of human Small Protein Rich in Arginine and Glycine using the numbering given in entry NP_056422.2 (GeneID 26097).
Immunoglobulin concentration was determined using Beer’s Law where 1mg/mL IgG has an A280 of 1.4. Antibody was affinity purified using an epitope specific to SRAG immobilized on solid support.
The epitope recognized by A303-412A-T maps to a region between residue 198 and 248 of human Small Protein Rich in Arginine and Glycine using the numbering given in entry NP_056422.2 (GeneID 26097).
Additional Product Information
SRAG is a small nuclear protein that is characterized by an arginine- and glycine-rich region. SRAG may be involved in cell cycle progression. SRAG interacts with protein arginine methyltransferases and plays a role in the activation of estradiol-dependent transcription.
Alternate Names
C10orf77; C1orf77; chromatin target of PRMT1 protein; FL-SRAG; FOP; friend of PRMT1 protein; pp7704; Small arginine- and glycine-rich protein; small protein rich in arginine and glycine; SRAG; SRAG-3; SRAG-5
Applications
All western blot analysis is performed using 5% Milk-TBST for blocking and as antibody diluent. Primary antibody is incubated overnight.
Western blots of cell lysates are performed using Goat anti-Rabbit IgG Heavy and Light Chain Antibody (Cat. No. A120-101P).
