Rabbit anti-SRGAP1/ARHGAP13 Antibody Affinity Purified
Product Details
Specifications
The epitope recognized by A301-285A-T maps to a region between residue 825 and 875 of human SLIT-ROBO Rho GTPase activating protein 1 (Rho GTPase-activating protein 13) using the numbering given in entry NP_065813.1 (GeneID 57522).
Immunoglobulin concentration was determined using Beer’s Law where 1mg/mL IgG has an A280 of 1.4. Antibody was affinity purified using an epitope specific to SRGAP1/ARHGAP13 immobilized on solid support.

Additional Product Information
SRGAP1/ARHGAP13 is a member of the srGAP family of proteins that contain a RhoGAP domain, an SH3 domain, and a Fes/CIP4 homology domain and interact with the intracellular domain of roundabout 1 (Robo1). Robo1 is the receptor for Slit signaling and is involved in neuronal cell migration and axon tract positioning. SRGAP1/ARHGAP13 functions to bind and decrease the level of active Cdc42 and RhoA small GTPases during Slit-Robo signaling.
Alternate Names
ARHGAP13; NMTC2; rho GTPase-activating protein 13; SLIT-ROBO Rho GTPase-activating protein 1; srGAP1
Applications
All western blot analysis is performed using 5% Milk-TBST for blocking and as antibody diluent. Primary antibody is incubated overnight.
Western blots of immunoprecipitates are performed using Goat anti-Rabbit Light Chain HRP Conjugate (Cat. No. A120-113P) with 5% Normal Pig Serum (Cat. No. S100-020) added to the blocking buffer.
