Rabbit anti-SRPRB Antibody Affinity Purified
Product Details
Specifications
The epitope recognized by A305-440A maps to a region between residue 200 to 250 of human Signal recognition particle receptor subunit beta using the numbering given in entry Q9Y5M8.3 (GeneID 58477).
Immunoglobulin concentration was determined using Beer’s Law where 1mg/mL IgG has an A280 of 1.4. Antibody was affinity purified using an epitope specific to SRPRB immobilized on solid support.
The epitope recognized by A305-440A-T maps to a region between residue 200 to 250 of human Signal recognition particle receptor subunit beta using the numbering given in entry Q9Y5M8.3 (GeneID 58477).
Additional Product Information
Signal recognition particle receptor, B subunit (SRPRB) has similarity to mouse protein which is a subunit of the signal recognition particle receptor (SR). This subunit is a transmembrane GTPase belonging to the GTPase superfamily. It anchors alpha subunit, a peripheral membrane GTPase, to the ER membrane. SR is required for the cotranslational targeting of both secretory and membrane proteins to the ER membrane [taken from NCBI Entrez Gene (Gene ID: 58477)].
Alternate Names
APMCF1; Protein APMCF1; signal recognition particle receptor subunit beta; signal recognition particle receptor, B subunit; signal recognition particle receptor, beta subunit; SR-beta; SRP receptor beta subunit
Applications
All western blot analysis is performed using 5% Milk-TBST for blocking and as antibody diluent. Primary antibody is incubated overnight.
Western blots of cell lysates are performed using Goat anti-Rabbit IgG Heavy and Light Chain Antibody (Cat. No. A120-101P).
Western blots of immunoprecipitates are performed using Goat anti-Rabbit Light Chain HRP Conjugate (Cat. No. A120-113P) with 5% Normal Pig Serum (Cat. No. S100-020) added to the blocking buffer.
