Rabbit anti-SSH1 Antibody Affinity Purified
Product Details
Specifications
The epitope recognized by A301-309A maps to a region between residue 999 and 1049 of human slingshot homolg 1 using the numbering given in entry NP_061857.2 (GeneID 54434).
Immunoglobulin concentration was determined using Beer’s Law where 1mg/mL IgG has an A280 of 1.4. Antibody was affinity purified using an epitope specific to SSH1 immobilized on solid support.
The epitope recognized by A301-309A-T maps to a region between residue 999 and 1049 of human slingshot homolg 1 using the numbering given in entry NP_061857.2 (GeneID 54434).
Additional Product Information
SSH1, also known as slingshot, is a phosphatase that functions to activate the actin severing protein, ADF/cofilin, and influence actin dynamics. There are three members of the slingshot family, SSH1, SSH2, and SSH3. SSH1 has been shown to function downstream of alpha6beta4 integrin/Rac1 signaling in conjunction with 14-3-3 association.
Alternate Names
hSSH-1L; protein phosphatase Slingshot homolog 1; slingshot homolog 1; SSH1L; SSH-1L; SSH-like protein 1
Applications
All western blot analysis is performed using 5% Milk-TBST for blocking and as antibody diluent. Primary antibody is incubated overnight.
Western blots of cell lysates are performed using Goat anti-Rabbit IgG Heavy and Light Chain Antibody (Cat. No. A120-101P).
Western blots of immunoprecipitates are performed using Goat anti-Rabbit Light Chain HRP Conjugate (Cat. No. A120-113P) with 5% Normal Pig Serum (Cat. No. S100-020) added to the blocking buffer.
