Additional Product Information
TCF1/TCF7 is a member of the T-cell factor/lymphoid enhancer-binding factor family of high mobility group (HMG) box transcriptional activators. TCF1/TCF7 is expressed predominantly in T-cells and plays a critical role in natural killer cell and innate lymphoid cell development by forming a complex with beta-catenin and activating transcription through a Wnt/beta-catenin signaling pathway. [taken from NCBI Entrez Gene (Gene ID: 6932)].
Alternate Names
T-cell factor 1; T-cell-factor-7; T-cell-specific transcription factor 1; TCF-1; TCF-7; transcription factor 7; transcription factor 7 (T-cell specific, HMG-box)
Applications
All western blot analysis is performed using 5% Milk-TBST for blocking and as antibody diluent. Primary antibody is incubated overnight.
Western blots of cell lysates are performed using Goat anti-Rabbit IgG Heavy and Light Chain Antibody (Cat. No. A120-101P).
