Rabbit anti-TNIP1 Antibody Affinity Purified
Product Details
Specifications
The epitope recognized by A304-508A maps to a region between residue 586 to 636 of human TNFAIP3 Interacting Protein 1 using the numbering given in entry NP_001239319.1 (GeneID 10318).
Immunoglobulin concentration was determined using Beer’s Law where 1mg/mL IgG has an A280 of 1.4. Antibody was affinity purified using an epitope specific to TNIP1 immobilized on solid support.
The epitope recognized by A304-508A-T maps to a region between residue 586 to 636 of human TNFAIP3 Interacting Protein 1 using the numbering given in entry NP_001239319.1 (GeneID 10318).
Additional Product Information
TNFAIP3-interacting protein 1 (TNIP1) is an A20-binding protein which plays a role in autoimmunity and tissue homeostasis through the regulation of nuclear factor kappa-B activation. Mutations in the TNIP1 gene have been associated with psoriatic arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, and systemic lupus erythematosus [taken from NCBI Entrez Gene (Gene ID: 10318)].
Alternate Names
A20-binding inhibitor of NF-kappa-B activation 1; ABIN-1; HIV-1 Nef-interacting protein; hVAN; NAF1; Nef-associated factor 1; Nef-associated factor 1 SNP; nip40-1; TNFAIP3-interacting protein 1; VAN; virion-associated nuclear shuttling protein
Applications
All western blot analysis is performed using 5% Milk-TBST for blocking and as antibody diluent. Primary antibody is incubated overnight.
Western blots of cell lysates are performed using Goat anti-Rabbit IgG Heavy and Light Chain Antibody (Cat. No. A120-101P).
