Rabbit anti-TRIM47/GOA Antibody Affinity Purified
Product Details
Specifications
The epitope recognized by A301-194A maps to a region between residue 400 and 450 of human tripartite motif-containing 47 (gene overexpressed in astrocytoma) using the numbering given in entry NP_258411.2 (GeneID 91107).
Immunoglobulin concentration was determined using Beer’s Law where 1mg/mL IgG has an A280 of 1.4. Antibody was affinity purified using an epitope specific to TRIM47/GOA immobilized on solid support.
The epitope recognized by A301-194A-T maps to a region between residue 400 and 450 of human tripartite motif-containing 47 (gene overexpressed in astrocytoma) using the numbering given in entry NP_258411.2 (GeneID 91107).
Immunoglobulin concentration was determined using Beer’s Law where 1mg/mL IgG has an A280 of 1.4.
Additional Product Information
TRIM47/GOA is a member of the tripartite motif RBCC/Trim domain family that contains a RING-finger domain, B-boxes, and an alpha-helical coiled-coil region. TRIM47/GOA was identified as a protein overexpressed in astrocytoma tumor cells and is thought to play a role in dedifferentiation associated with tumorigenesis.
Alternate Names
E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase TRIM47; gene overexpressed in astrocytoma protein; GOA; RING finger protein 100; RNF100; tripartite motif-containing protein 47
Applications
All western blot analysis is performed using 5% Milk-TBST for blocking and as antibody diluent. Primary antibody is incubated overnight.
Western blots of immunoprecipitates are performed using Goat anti-Rabbit Light Chain HRP Conjugate (Cat. No. A120-113P) with 5% Normal Pig Serum (Cat. No. S100-020) added to the blocking buffer.
