Rabbit anti-USP37 IHC Antibody Affinity Purified
Product Details
Specifications
The epitope recognized by IHC-00509 maps to a region between residue 930 and the C-terminus (residue 979) of human Ubiquitin Specific Peptidase 37 using the numbering given in entry NP_065986.1 (GeneID 57695).
Immunoglobulin concentration was determined using Beer’s Law where 1mg/mL IgG has an A280 of 1.4. Antibody was affinity purified using an epitope specific to USP37 immobilized on solid support.
The epitope recognized by IHC-00509-T maps to a region between residue 930 and the C-terminus (residue 979) of human Ubiquitin Specific Peptidase 37 using the numbering given in entry NP_065986.1 (GeneID 57695).
Immunoglobulin concentration was determined using Beer’s Law where 1mg/mL IgG has an A280 of 1.4.
Additional Product Information
Ubiquitin (Ub) is a highly conserved protein found ubiquitously in eukaryotic organisms. The conjugation of ubiquitin to proteins is an important means to regulate protein activity for many cellular processes by tagging them for degradation. Removal of Ub can rescue proteins from degradation. This is accomplished by the ubiquitin-specific processing protease (UBP) family of enzymes. Ubiquitin specific processing protease 37 (USP37) is a member of this family.
Alternate Names
deubiquitinating enzyme 37; tmp_locus_50; ubiquitin carboxyl-terminal hydrolase 37; ubiquitin specific protease 37; ubiquitin thioesterase 37; ubiquitin thiolesterase 37; ubiquitin-specific-processing protease 37
Applications
Epitope exposure is recommended.
Epitope exposure with tris-EDTA pH9.0 buffer will enhance staining.
Likely to work with frozen sections.
In some cases, the antibody may be diluted further than indicated.
