Rabbit anti-ZBTB1 Antibody Affinity Purified
Product Details
Specifications
The epitope recognized by A303-242A maps to a region between residue 663 and 713 of human Zinc Finger and BTB Domain Containing 1 using the numbering given in entry NP_001116801.1 (GeneID 22890).
Immunoglobulin concentration was determined using Beer’s Law where 1mg/mL IgG has an A280 of 1.4. Antibody was affinity purified using an epitope specific to ZBTB1 immobilized on solid support.
The epitope recognized by A303-242A-T maps to a region between residue 663 and 713 of human Zinc Finger and BTB Domain Containing 1 using the numbering given in entry NP_001116801.1 (GeneID 22890).
Additional Product Information
Zinc finger and BTB domain-containing protein 1 (ZBTB1) bears one BTB (POZ) domain and eight C2H2-type zinc fingers. ZBTB1 plays a role in transcription and may function as a repressor of CREB and cAMP-mediated signal transduction.
Alternate Names
zinc finger and BTB domain-containing protein 1; ZNF909
Applications
All western blot analysis is performed using 5% Milk-TBST for blocking and as antibody diluent. Primary antibody is incubated overnight.
Western blots of cell lysates are performed using Goat anti-Rabbit IgG Heavy and Light Chain Antibody (Cat. No. A120-101P).
