Rabbit anti-ZC3H7B Antibody Affinity Purified
Product Details
Specifications
The epitope recognized by A305-133A maps to a region between residue 250 to 300 of human Zinc finger CCCH domain-containing protein 7B using the numbering given in entry Q9UGR2.1 (GeneID 23264).
Immunoglobulin concentration was determined using Beer’s Law where 1mg/mL IgG has an A280 of 1.4. Antibody was affinity purified using an epitope specific to ZC3H7B immobilized on solid support.
The epitope recognized by A305-133A-T maps to a region between residue 250 to 300 of human Zinc finger CCCH domain-containing protein 7B using the numbering given in entry Q9UGR2.1 (GeneID 23264).
Additional Product Information
This gene encodes a protein that contains a tetratricopeptide repeat domain. The encoded protein also interacts with the rotavirus non-structural protein NSP3 [taken from NCBI Entrez Gene (Gene ID: 23264)].
Alternate Names
Rotavirus 'X' associated non-structural protein; rotavirus X protein associated with NSP3; rotavirus 'X'-associated non-structural protein; RoXaN; ubiquitous tetratricopeptide containing protein RoXaN; zinc finger CCCH domain-containing protein 7B
Applications
All western blot analysis is performed using 5% Milk-TBST for blocking and as antibody diluent. Primary antibody is incubated overnight.
Western blots of cell lysates are performed using Goat anti-Rabbit IgG Heavy and Light Chain Antibody (Cat. No. A120-101P).
Western blots of immunoprecipitates are performed using Goat anti-Rabbit Light Chain HRP Conjugate (Cat. No. A120-113P) with 5% Normal Pig Serum (Cat. No. S100-020) added to the blocking buffer.
