Rabbit anti-ZNF261 Antibody Affinity Purified
Product Details
Specifications
The epitope recognized by A300-264A maps to a region between residues 250 and 300 of human Zinc Finger Protein 261 using the numbering given in entry NP_005087.1 (GeneID 9203).
Immunoglobulin concentration was determined using Beer’s Law where 1mg/mL IgG has an A280 of 1.4. Antibody was affinity purified using an epitope specific to ZNF261 immobilized on solid support.
The epitope recognized by A300-264A-T maps to a region between residues 250 and 300 of human Zinc Finger Protein 261 using the numbering given in entry NP_005087.1 (GeneID 9203).
Immunoglobulin concentration was determined using Beer’s Law where 1mg/mL IgG has an A280 of 1.4.
Additional Product Information
Zinc-finger protein 261(ZNF261) is a candidate gene for X-linked mental retardation. ZNF261 is a component of a multi-protein HDAC1,2 complex and associates with BHC110. ZNF261 may be a DNA binding subunit for the histone deacetylase and transcriptional repressing activity of the HDAC1,2/BHC110 complex.
Alternate Names
DXS6673E; MYM; XFIM; zinc finger MYM-type protein 3; zinc finger protein 261; zinc finger, MYM-type 3; ZNF198L2; ZNF261
Applications
All western blot analysis is performed using 5% Milk-TBST for blocking and as antibody diluent. Primary antibody is incubated overnight.
Western blots of cell lysates are performed using Goat anti-Rabbit IgG Heavy and Light Chain Antibody (Cat. No. A120-101P).
