Antibody was affinity purified using an epitope specific to ZNF503 immobilized on solid support.The epitope recognized by A304-061A maps to a region between residue 275 to 325 of human Zinc Finger Protein 503 using the numbering given in entry NP_116161.2 (GeneID 84858).

Immunoglobulin concentration was determined using Beer’s Law where 1mg/mL IgG has an A280 of 1.4. Antibody was affinity purified using an epitope specific to ZNF503 immobilized on solid support.
