Additional Product Information

IgG is the primary immunoglobulin protein found in blood/plasma, and functions to neutralize toxins, active complement, immobilizing pathogens and inducing opsonization, and cell-mediated cytotoxicity. Anti-heavy chain antibodies are designed to react with only the heavy chain of the Ig molecule and remove reactivity to the light chain.

Applications

Not all listed applications have been specifically tested by our laboratory. For use in precipitin gel reactions (e.g. immunoelectrophoresis (IEP) or double diffusion Ouchterlony (DD)).

Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the investigator.
